Opstimal Return Rescue is in pre-launch validation. Public support contact details must be configured in the Shopify Partner Dashboard before App Store submission, and this page is the public support resource for setup and review context.
Setup Checklist
Install the app through Shopify OAuth, open the embedded Admin command center, add the Return rescue panel theme block, and validate the Export facts package before treating the app as launch-ready.
- Use the dedicated Shopify Admin browser profile for authenticated Admin and theme-editor validation.
- Record browser evidence only under .evidence and do not commit screenshots or operator notes.
- Keep protected return/refund processing disabled until Shopify protected customer data approval is granted.
What To Include In A Support Request
Include the shop domain, the time of the issue, the visible route or feature, and a sanitized screenshot if needed. Do not include passwords, access tokens, database URLs, 2FA codes, or customer contact details.
Operational Status
Deployment operators can probe GET /healthz for liveness. The endpoint is unauthenticated, secret-free, and does not touch Shopify Admin, customer data, or the database.
