Opstimal Return Rescue Support

Getting Started

Install Opstimal Return Rescue from your Shopify admin and open it from Apps. The command center reads your live catalog on install, so there is nothing to configure before you see your first result.

• Open the app from Apps in your Shopify admin to reach the command center.
• Add the Return rescue panel block to your theme so shoppers see your return options.
• Turn individual features on or off at any time under Modules — changes take effect immediately.

What The App Cannot Do Yet

Return and refund processing stays switched off until Shopify grants this app access to protected customer data. Until then the app reads your catalog and markets and reports what it can see, and it never claims a figure it cannot derive from your store.

What To Include In A Support Request

Tell us your shop domain, when the problem happened, and which screen you were on. A screenshot helps. Never send passwords, access tokens, database connection details, two-factor codes, or your customers' contact details — we will never ask for them.

Checking Whether The Service Is Up

If the app will not load, open /healthz on this domain. It answers without signing in, holds no secrets, and reads nothing from your store — so it tells you whether the service itself is reachable.
