Service Scope
Opstimal Return Rescue provides returns intelligence, decision explanations, SKU leak analysis, market policy recommendations, billing-readiness gates, and a storefront Return rescue panel for Shopify merchants.
Billing
Opstimal Return Rescue bills through Shopify App Pricing, so any charge appears on your Shopify invoice and is cancelled when you uninstall. No charge is created today: paid billing stays switched off until Shopify approves this app's pricing.
Data And Compliance Boundaries
Protected customer data access is disabled until Shopify approval is granted. The app is not a substitute for legal advice, and merchants remain responsible for their own return policies and regulatory obligations.
Acceptable Use
Do not put secrets, payment details, authentication tokens, or customer contact information that we do not need into notes, support requests, or files you send us.
Current Limitations
Two capabilities are switched off until Shopify approves them for this app: processing protected return and refund data, and paid billing. Everything else described here works today, and the app will not show you a figure it cannot derive from your own store's data.
