Opstimal Return Rescue Terms

These terms summarize the product scope, billing boundaries, compliance limits, and pre-launch status for App Store review.

Service Scope

Opstimal Return Rescue provides returns intelligence, decision explanations, SKU leak analysis, market policy recommendations, billing-readiness gates, and a storefront Return rescue panel for Shopify merchants.

Billing

Opstimal Return Rescue must use Shopify App Pricing for public App Store billing. Charge creation remains disabled until Shopify App Pricing terms are approved, the billing implementation is tested, and real-store billing evidence is recorded.

Data And Compliance Boundaries

Protected customer data access is disabled until Shopify approval is granted. The app is not a substitute for legal advice, and merchants remain responsible for their own return policies and regulatory obligations.

Acceptable Use

Merchants must not use Opstimal Return Rescue to upload secrets, payment details, raw authentication tokens, or unnecessary customer contact information into notes, support requests, or evidence files.

Pre-Launch Limitations

Until production URLs, Postgres storage, protected data approval, real-store evidence, and Shopify App Pricing are complete, Opstimal Return Rescue remains a validation build rather than a public launch candidate.
